Enter the access password to open the VLAN Path Assistant.
Pick a VLAN and a start/end pair. The tool discovers the switch path through the drawn topology and prints the exact vendor commands (Arista EOS vs Huawei VRP) to run, switch by switch, in order — with the port type (physical or LAG) and name that you choose.
Example: "My server connects to DISTRICT BOND Arista and my client connects on OLD DISTRICT 40 G Huawei."
ge-0/0/1 as the placeholder — on your QFX it'll be xe-0/0/x or et-0/0/x.xe* (10/25G), ce* (100G), cd* (400G); LAGs are po*; MLAGs are mlag*. eth0 is the management port only. Use xe4 as the placeholder for a real data port.ge1, swp1, et-0/0/1, te1/1, or a different xe/ce/cd layout. The command stays identical — only the name you type changes.
